摘  要:针对汽轮机同轴驱动给水泵技术在国内机组的首次应用,对该设备首次启动过程及遇到的问题进行了详细介绍,并针对启动过程中调速之星各主要参数的变化进行了综合分析,同时基于机组实际运行数据对不同给水泵驱动方案热力性能进行了计算分析。结果表明:润滑油压过高、输入端转子油膜失稳是造成冲转过程中调速之星输入端轴系振动大的主要原因,可通过完善控制逻辑、优化启动过程解决该故障;机组升降负荷过程中应尽量减少调速之星在切换区的停留时间,以避免调速之星减摩轴承温度快速升高;汽轮机同轴驱动给水泵方案节能效果显著,在100%THA、50%THA、30%THA工况,相较小汽轮机驱动方案,机组供电煤耗率可分别降低1.15 g/kWh、1.84 g/kWh、1.32 g/kWh。Aiming at the first application of feed water pumps coaxially driven by turbines in domestic power plant units,problems encountered during first start-up process of the unit were introduced in detail.The changes of the main parameters of the vorecon in the starting process are comprehensively analyzed.Based on the operating data of the unit,the thermal performance of different feedwater pump drive schemes were calculated and analyzed.The research results indicate that:high lubricating oil pressure and unstable oil film of rotor at input end are the main cause of the accident of large shafting vibration at the input end of vorecon during impulse starting,which can be resolved by improving control logic and optimizing the startup process.During the process of lifting and lowering the load of the unit,the residence time of the vorecon in the switching area should be minimized as much as possible to avoid rapid temperature rise of the anti friction bearing.The energy-saving effect of the coaxial drive feedwater pump scheme for steam turbines is significant.Under 100%THA,50%THA,and 30%THA,compared to the small turbine drive scheme,the coal consumption rate of the unit's power supply can be reduced by 1.15,1.84,and 1.32 g/kWh,respectively.
