摘  要:针对大型汽轮机运行中出现的低压缸径-轴耦合振动异常问题,某型9FA机组低压缸该类故障尤为普遍,对其低压转子质量不平衡振动特性进行了分析。结合现场测试及分析,得出了该异常振动发生的原因,提出了径-轴耦合振动故障的处理方法。通过详细介绍不同支撑的低压缸径-轴向耦合振动处理案例,验证了本文所提方法的准确性和实用性。结果表明:现场反对称动平衡是抑制该类故障的有效手段,也是该类故障解耦的有效方式;同时监测低压缸径、轴向振动,可提高故障识别及治理的精细度。Aiming at the abnormal problem of low-pressure cylinder radial-axis coupling vibration in the operation of large-scale steam turbines,this type of fault is particularly common in the low-pressure cylinder of a certain 9FA unit.The vibration characteristics of low-pressure rotor mass imbalance are analyzed.Combined with field test and analysis,the cause of the abnormal vibration is obtained,and the treatment method of radial-axis coupling vibration fault is proposed.The accuracy and practicability of the proposed method are verified by introducing the examples of low-pressure cylinder radial-axis coupling vibration treatment with different supports in detail.The results show that the field antisymmetric dynamic balancing is an effective means to suppress this type of fault,and it is also an effective way to decouple this type of fault;the simultaneous monitoring the low-pressure cylinder radial and axial vibration can improve the fineness of fault identification and treatment.
