守正创新,立德树人,打开纺织教育新境界——在2024世界纺织服装教育大会上的讲话

摘　　要：守正创新、立德树人是中国纺织教育发展新征程与核心理念。近年来,中国纺织工业发展态势良好,规模总量和发展质量显著提升,纤维加工总量稳定在6000万吨以上,2020—2023年纺织服装出口总额连续4年超3000亿美元,对世界出口总额增长贡献率超50%。我国纺织行业正朝向创新引领的高端纺织、数实融合的智慧纺织、低碳转型的绿色纺织、开放合作的全球纺织产业跃迁。纺织产业的新兴发展趋势对纺织科技人才培养提出了更高要求。2023年,我国高等教育总投入17640亿元,比上年增长7.6%;我国在国际高水平期刊上发表论文数量占全球总量的33.6%,论文发表数量和被引用次数均居世界首位。截至2023年,我国纺织高等教育院校约300所,普通高职本科院校纺织类专业点数10个,高职专科院校纺织类专业点数572个。在2023“软科世界一流学科排名”中,纺织科学与工程学科全球排名前四的院校均在中国。我国已构建起一个学科门类完备、覆盖领域广泛的纺织教育体系。为适应行业发展变革对人才供需、学科建设、产教协同的需求,提出通过教育范式智能化、学科内容融合化、专业体系时代化,持续推进系统性、整体性、协同性的教育变革与实践。坚持全面发展,培育高质量人才,牢记育人育才使命,把握教育属性,推动全面发展,培养多种人才助力科技发展;坚持与时俱进,完善学科体系,做好学科专业工作;坚持统筹协调,优化教育生态,推进协同改革,深化教育综合改革,促进产教融合等;坚持开放融通,整合全球资源,加强国际交流合作,参与全球教育治理。以教育现代化支撑纺织产业体系建设。Upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground,fostering virtue and cultivating people are the core principle and driving force behind the new journey of textile education in China.In recent years,China textile industry(CTI)has shown robust growth,with significant improvements in both scale and quality.The total fiber processing volume has stabilized at over 60 million tons,and from 2020 to 2023,the total export value of textiles and garments has exceeded 300 billion USD for four consecutive years,contributing over 50%to the global export growth.CTI is currently moving towards global textile industry transformation through innovative high-end textiles,intelligent textiles integrating digital and traditional economy,and green textiles undergoing low-carbon transformation,and in a collaborative manner.The emerging development trends have raised higher demands for the cultivation of textile science and technology talents.In 2023,the domestic total investment in higher education reached 1.764 trillion yuan,a 7.6%increase year-on-year.The publications in internationally high-level journals account for 33.6%of the global total,ranking first in the world in both the number of publications and citations.As of 2023,approximately 300 tertiary institutions center on textiles,a comprehensive textile education system covering a wide range of disciplines.In the list of 2023"Shanghai Ranking's Global Ranking of Academic Subjects",the top four global institutions in the field of textile science and engineering are from China.To adapt to the industry's demands for talent supply and demand,discipline construction,and industry-education collaboration,this article proposes continuous advancement of systematic,holistic,and coordinated educational reforms and practices through intelligent educational paradigms,integrated disciplinary content,and modernized professional systems.Specifically,we should(1)cultivate high-quality talents,promoting overall development,and fostering diverse talents to support technological advanceme
