摘 要:聚酯纤维可形成稳定的空间网络结构并产生强大的结合力,从而提高沥青混合料路用性能。通过试验探究不同老化作用对聚酯纤维沥青混合料水稳定性和抗裂性的影响。试验结果表明:任何老化条件下,当浸水和低温时间固定时,水稳定性和低温抗裂性随老化程度的提高而不断降低;当浸水时间为2 h时,沥青胶浆老化和混合料短期老化的水稳定性分别比未老化时降低6%和12%;当温度为-5℃时,经不同短期老化作用后劈拉强度明显提升。经对比混合料的短期老化效应对沥青混合料性能影响最大,拟合的温度与低温评价指标方程能较好地预测不同温度下的低温性能。Polyester fibers can form a stable spatial network structure and generate strong binding force,thereby improving the road performance of asphalt mixtures.Based on this,this study explores the influence of different aging effects on the water stability and crack resistance of polyester fiber asphalt mixtures through relevant experiments.The experimental results show that under any aging conditions,when the immersion and lowtemperature time are fixed,the water stability and lowtemperature crack resistance continuously decrease with the increase of aging degree.When the immersion time is 2 hours,the water stability of asphalt slurry aging and short-term aging of the mixture is reduced by 6%and 12%,respectively,compared to non aging.When the temperature is-5℃,the splitting tensile strength is significantly improved after different short-term aging effects.The short-term aging effect of the mixture has the greatest impact on the performance of asphalt mixture,and the fitted temperature and low-temperature evaluation index equation can better predict the low-temperature performance at different temperatures.
