内嵌加固方案在青岛雨水暗渠抢修工程中的应用

摘　　要：针对日常巡检时发现的暗渠承重墙局部倒塌等问题,青岛沿海快速路下方雨水暗渠抢修工程采用内嵌加固快速维修的方案。通过在暗渠内部嵌入预制钢筋混凝土刚架与原暗渠结构形成组合受力,达到快速抢修加固的目的。详细介绍了内嵌加固的设计和施工全过程,内嵌加固与传统翻建方案相比节约了工期和投资,避免了因道路阻断造成的交通组织困难。In response to the daily inspection found in the culvert load-bearing wall partial collapse and other problems,Qingdao coastal expressway below the rainwater culvert repair project using Near Surface Mounted(NSM)reinforcement fast repair program.By inserting prefabricated reinforced concrete rigid frame inside culvert,and forming combined force with original culvert structure,so that the culvert will be got quick repair and reinforcement.This article introduce the design of nsm and whole process of construction in detail.Compared with the traditional reconstruction scheme,the NSM reinforcement saves the construction period and investment,and avoids the difficulty of traffic organization caused by road blocking.
