摘 要:为了解施工过程中水泥稳定碎石基层压实度对道路质量的影响,采用数值模拟的方法模拟振动压路机施工碾压条件下的基层振动,结合数值模拟结果对基层中心点及远离荷载区域点的振动响应综合分析评估,采取合理振动响应特征作为衡量水泥稳定碎石基层压实度的实时反馈。结果表明:在振动压路机荷载作用下,基层中心点振动加速度峰值Z向>Y向>X向,并且Z向振动加速度峰值随着压实度升高而降低。在实际施工中,可在近荷载区域点布设测点,监测该点的X向和Z向振动加速度峰值变化,判断基层压实度的变化。In order to understand the effect of compactness of cement stabilized macadam base on road quality during construction,the vibration of base under the construction of vibratory roller was simulated numerically,combined with the numerical simulation results,the vibration response of the center point of base course and the point far from the load area is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that under the load of vibratory roller,the peak value of vibratory acceleration of base center point is in Z direction>Y direction>X direction,and the peak value of available Z direction acceleration decreases with the increase of compactness,the measurement points can be set up near the load area to monitor the peak value change of X direction and Z direction vibration acceleration and judge the change of compactness of base course.
