摘 要:滨海人工吹填场地土体具有强度低、承载力小、压缩性高、沉降量大、沉降速度慢等特点,且原地下有较厚的淤泥质软土,地基无法满足工程用地建设需求,需采取措施加固地基。以临渤海沧州市某码头煤炭堆场工程地基加固为背景,在保证加固效果和工期,坚持经济环保原则的前提下,结合吹填土层的物理力学性质和场地位置条件,进行现有软土地基处理技术比选,因地制宜地选择覆水堆载-真空预压法进行地基加固并选定特定的施工工艺。现场十字板剪切试验结果表明加固前后不排水抗剪强度显著提高,满足工程设计要求。The soil of reclaimed land in coastal areas is characterized by low strength,small bearing capacity,high compressibility,large settlement volume,and slow settlement rate.Moreover,there is a relatively thick layer of soft clayey silt underground,which means that the foundation cannot meet the requirements for engineering construction and needs to be reinforced.Taking the ground reinforcement of a coal yard at a wharf in Cangzhou,adjacent to the Bohai Sea,as a case study,under the premise of ensuring the reinforcement effect and construction period,and adhering to economic and environmental protection principles,this project compared existing soft soil foundation treatment technologies.Considering the physical and mechanical properties of the reclamation soil layers and the site location conditions,it was decided to use the submerged surcharge loading-vacuum preloading method for foundation reinforcement,selecting specific construction techniques accordingly.The results of on-site vane shear tests showed a significant increase in undrained shear strength before and after reinforcement,meeting the engineering design requirements.
