摘 要:以济南绕城高速徒骇河特大桥悬臂浇筑施工为实例,利用有限元软件建立模型进行计算分析,为桥梁立模高程和误差分析提供理论数据,采用水准测量法对主梁各施工阶段线形进行实时监测。结果表明:徒骇河特大桥悬臂浇筑施工线形控制较好,二期铺装后实测线形与设计线形较为吻合。In the instance of the Jinan Ring Expressway Tuhai River Extraordinary Bridge,a finite element analysis software was utilized to conduct computational studies,which furnished theoretical data for the elevation setting of formwork and error analysis in the continuous beam bridge.The line shape control of the main beam was monitored in real-time throughout the construction phases via level measurement techniques.The findings demonstrate that the line shape control during the cantilever casting process of the Tuhai River Extraordinary Bridge was effectively maintained,and the actual line shape after the second-phase paving exhibited a close correlation with the pre-camber designed line shape.
