浙江省定制客运发展思路探讨

摘　　要：目前道路客运行业处于转型发展探索期,定制客运成为业务转型实践新模式。立足于浙江省定制客运发展现状基础,分析浙江省定制客运行业发展困境,结合目前政策环境、行业环境、外部环境及浙江省城际交通出行需求特征,明确浙江省定制客运未来发展定位,并从拥抱互联网、优化线路及站点布局、整合运力资源、创新调度模式、改善营商环境六个方面提出发展建议,为全国其它地区定制客运发展提供参考。At present,the road passenger transport industry is in the exploratory period of transformation and development,and customized passenger transport has become a new mode of business transformation practice.Based on the current situation of customized passenger transport development in Zhejiang Province,this paper analyzes the development dilemma of customized passenger transport industry in Zhejiang Province,combines the current policy environment,industry environment,external environment and the characteristics of intercity transport travel demand in Zhejiang Province,and defines the future development orientation of customized passenger transport in Zhejiang Province.From the embrace of the Internet,optimize the layout of lines and stations,integration of transport capacity resources,innovative scheduling mode,improve the business environment six aspects of development suggestions,to provide reference for other regions of the country customized passenger transport development.
