摘　　要：目的了解福建省6月龄至5岁儿童流感疫苗接种率及接种后疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测结果,为促进儿童接种流感疫苗提供依据。方法从福建省免疫规划信息管理系统和国家AEFI监测信息系统,收集福建省2018-2023年儿童接种个案及接种后AEFI个案信息,分析流感疫苗接种率和AEFI报告情况。结果福建省2018-2023年流感季儿童流感疫苗接种率分别为4.4%、8.4%、12.4%、10.0%和16.7%,平均接种率10.4%,接种率呈增高趋势(χ^(2)=194307.50,P<0.01);2018-2023年报告AEFI共287例,总发生率15.37/10万剂次,其中一般反应占87.8%(252例)、异常反应10.8%(31例)、偶合症1.4%(4例)。结论福建省6月龄至5岁儿童流感疫苗接种率不高,但AEFI监测流感疫苗安全性良好,需采取更有效的接种策略以提高流感疫苗接种率。Objective To understand the influenza vaccination rate and the monitoring results of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)after vaccination among children aged six months to five years old in Fujian Province,in order to provide a basis for promoting children's influenza vaccination.Methods Data on vaccination status and AEFI among children in Fujian Province from 2018 to 2023 were collected through the Fujian Provincial Immunization Planning Information Management System and the National AEFI Monitoring Information System.Influenza vaccination rate and reporting cases of AEFI were analyzed.Results The influenza vaccination rates for children in Fujian Province from 2018 to 2023 were 4.4%,8.4%,12.4%,10.0%and 16.7%,respectively,with an average vaccination rate of 10.4%.The vaccination rate demonstrated an increasing trend(χ^(2)=194,307.50,P<0.01).A total of 287 cases of AEFI were reported from 2018 to 2023,with an overall incidence rate of 15.37 per 100000 doses.Among these,87.8%(252 cases)were general reactions,10.8%(31 cases)were abnormal reactions,and 1.4%(4 cases)were coincidental events.Conclusion The influenza vaccination rate among children aged six months to five years in Fujian Province remains low.However,AEFI monitoring results show that the influenza vaccine is safe.More effective vaccination strategies are needed to increase influenza vaccination rate.
