硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料性能分析

摘  要:施工现场的渗水现象会严重危害工程质量,硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料具备早强、快凝的特点,可以有效解决现场渗漏等问题。为了在施工现场合理地使用硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料,本文研究了水胶比对硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料凝结时间、力学性能的影响及机理,并借助SEM测试手段分析硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料的水化机理。结果表明:硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料的凝结时间会随着水胶比的增大而延长,在低水胶比的情况下,水泥的水化速率较快,当水胶比为0.3时,堵漏材料的初凝时间为7m in,终凝时间为11m in,当水胶比增至0.4时,堵漏材料的初凝、终凝时间相应增加了257%、282%;硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料的抗压强度和抗折强度随着水胶比的增大而明显下降,当水胶比为0.3时,堵漏材料的1、3、7、28d抗压和抗折强度达到最大值,抗压强度分别为16.4、19.5、25.8、27.1MPa,抗折强度分别为3.7、4.3、6.5、8.3MPa,当水胶比增至0.4时,其抗压及抗折强度降幅均超过10%,最大降幅可达16%和21%。综上,低水胶比有利于硫铝酸盐水泥-硅酸盐水泥复合堵漏材料力学性能的发展,为保证现场施工的质量及应用,最佳水胶比应选用0.3。The phenomenon of water seepage at the construction site can seriously endanger the quality of the projec,the sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite sealing material has the characteristics of early strength and rapid setting,which can effectively solve problems such as on-site leakage.To use sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite sealing materials reasonably on construction sites,this paper studied the inf luence and mechanism of water-cement ratio on the setting time and mechanical properties of sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite sealing materials.SEM testing is used to analyze the hydration mechanism of silicate cement silicate cement composite sealing materials.The results show that the setting time of the sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite plugging material would be prolonged with the increase of water cement ratio.In the case of a low water-cement ratio,the hydration rate of cement is rapid.When the water-cement ratio is 0.3,the initial setting time of the plugging material is 7 minutes and the final setting time is 11 minutes.When the water-cement ratio increaseds to 0.4,the initial and final setting times of the plugging material increases by 257%and 282%respectively;the compressive strength and f lexural strength of the sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite sealing material decrease significantly with the increase of water cement ratio.When the water-cement ratio is 0.3,the sealing material reaches peak compressive and f lexural strengths at 1,3,7,and 28 days.The compressive strengths are respectively 16.4,19.5,25.8 and 27.1 MPa,while the f lexural strengths are 3.7,4.3,6.5,and 8.3 MPa.When the water-cement ratio increases to 0.4,the compressive and f lexural strength decreases by more than 10%,with the maximum decrease reaching 16%and 21%,respectively.Comprehensive analysis shows that a low water-cement ratio is beneficial for the development of mechanical properties of sulfoaluminate cement silicate cement composite leak sealing materials.To ensure
