摘 要:本文以某道路养护工程为例,对旧水泥混凝土路面共振碎石化施工技术应用展开研究,详细阐述了共振碎石化施工机理及其技术优势,并对影响共振碎石化施工效果的主要因素进行了深入分析,归纳总结了共振碎石化施工环节的关键技术要点。结果表明:对厚度超过20cm的水泥混凝土路面进行预裂处理能够大幅提升水泥混凝土面板碎石化施工效果;采用倒三角形锤头进行施工,能够实现更高效、更精准的碎石效果;针对共振碎石化施工的技术要点,提出了对应的质量控制措施,形成了共振碎石化施工技术方案,可为同类工程提供借鉴与指导。This article takes a certain road maintenance project as an example to study the application of resonance fragmentation construction technology in old cement concrete pavement.It elaborates on the construction mechanism and technical advantages of resonance fragmentation and deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the construction effect of resonance fragmentation.The key technical points of resonance fragmentation construction are summarized and summarized.The results indicate that precracking treatment of cement concrete pavement with a thickness exceeding 20 cm can significantly improve the construction effect of cement concrete panel fragmentation;using inverted triangular hammerheads for construction can achieve more efficient and precise crushing effects.Corresponding quality control measures have been proposed for the key technical points of resonance fracturing construction,and a resonance fracturing construction technology plan has been formed,which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.
