摘 要:本文研究了填料、纤维素醚、淀粉醚等外加剂对嵌缝石膏浆体状态的影响。结果表明:选择合适种类和粒度分布的纤维素醚对避免嵌缝石膏浆体搅拌过程中产生结团并获得良好的浆体表面状态至关重要;掺加一定比例细度合适的无机填料、聚羧酸类外加剂有助于改善浆体的搅拌性能和表面状态;添加淀粉醚能够增加浆体的稠度,但对浆体结团和表面状态的影响较小。The influence of fillers and polymer additives including cellulose ethers,starch ethers and several other commonly used functional additives on the state of gypsum joint compound pastes is studied.The results show that the right choice of cellulose ethers is of vital importance to avoiding lump formation and obtaining creamy paste state.At the same time,both the addition of inorganic fillers with suitable particle size and the addition of polycarboxylate ether or carboxylate polyelectrolyte can help to improve mixing performance and paste state.The addition of starch ether only increases the paste consistency but has negligible effect on reducing lump formation or improving surface smoothness.
