摘　　要：通过深入研究《针灸大成》中关于少商穴的论述,并结合现代临床医学的研究成果,对少商穴的定位、操作技巧及临床应用范围进行探讨,为少商穴的临床应用提供坚实的理论依据和实践指导。在操作方法上,少商穴可采用针法、针刺放血等多种方式,并根据患者的具体证候进行辨证施治,广泛应用于治疗肺系疾病、神志类疾病、胃肠疾病以及气血津液病等。This paper conducts an in-depth study of the discussions on Shaoshang(LU 11)point in Zhen Jiu Da Cheng(The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion)and combines these with modern clinical medical research findings.It explores the positioning,manipulation techniques,and clinical application scope of the Shaoshang(LU 11)point,providing a solid theoretical basis and practical guidance for its clinical use.In terms of operation methods,Shaoshang(LU 11)point can be treated with various methods such as acupuncture and bloodletting,and syndrome differentiation can be conducted according to the specific symptoms of the patient.It is widely used in the treatment of lung diseases,mental disorders,gastrointestinal diseases,as well as qi,blood and body fluid diseases.
