摘　　要：中医认为,汗证是由于阴阳失调,营卫不和,腠理开阖不利而致汗液排泄失常的一类病证。广义的汗证,包括汗出时间、部位、量色质的异常等。玄府可指汗孔、腠理,是遍布周身的一种微观结构。施维群教授认为汗证病机为阴阳失调,营卫失和,玄府郁闭,在治疗中主张调和阴阳为本,通达玄府为标,将调和营卫贯穿治疗始终,并基于玄府理论,拟创开玄、固玄、养玄三法通达玄府,治疗汗证疗效可观。故撷取施教授运用玄府理论治疗汗出偏沮、自汗、无汗各1例,探析其临证经验。In Chinese medicine,it is believed that sweat syndrome is a kind of disease caused by abnormal sweat excretion due to imbalance of yin and yang,disharmony of nutritive qi and defensive qi,and dysfunction of opening and closing of striae and interstices.Sweat syndrome includes abnormalities in the timing,location,volume,colour and nature of sweat.Xuanfu may refer to the sweat pores and interstices,is a microscopic structure that spreads all over the body.Professor SHI Weiqun believes that the pathogenesis of sweat syndrome is imbalance of yin and yang,disharmony of nutritive qi and defensive qi,and blockage of sweat pores.In the treatment of the syndrome,he advocated the harmonization of yin and yang as the root and the unblocking sweat pores as the branch,and focused on the harmonization of nutritive qi and defensive qi throughout the treatment.Based on the theory of Xuanfu,he also created three methods to unblock sweat pores,which were opening sweat pores,consolidating sweat pores,and nourishing sweat pores.His therapy exerted a significant therapeutic effect on sweat syndrome.Therefore,the authors selected cases of Professor SHI applying Xuanfu theory to treat people who had hemilateral sweating,who had spontaneous sweating,and who had no sweat,and analyzed the clinical experience.
