摘　　要：股骨颈前倾角(FNA)在临床中是一个常用的解剖学概念,在股骨颈骨折(FNF)的治疗中具有重要意义,FNA的变化对于FNF的诊断、治疗、预后均具有重要影响。目前针对FNA与FNF相关性的研究较少,其测量方法存在差异,结果也不完全一致。为了更全面地了解FNA的测量方法及其对FNF患者预后的影响,未来需进一步关注整合不同测量方法的优势,构建统一且精准的FNA测量体系,纳入多种影响因素分析其在FNF治疗中的预后影响,从而为临床诊疗工作提供有效指导。The femoral neck anteversion(FNA)is a commonly used anatomical concept in clinical practice and has significant importance in the treatment of femoral neck fracture(FNF).The changes in FNA have a crucial impact on the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis of FNF.Currently,there are relatively few studies on the correlation between FNA and FNF,and there are differences in measurement methods,with the results not being completely consistent.In order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the measurement methods of FNA and its impact on the prognosis of patients with FNF,it will be necessary to pay further attention to integrating the advantages of different measurement methods in the future,constructing a unified and accurate FNA measurement system,and incorporating multiple influencing factors to analyze their prognostic influences in the treatment of FNF,so as to provide effective guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment work.
