摘　　要：精索静脉曲张(VC)是一种常见的男性生殖系统疾病,手术治疗是根本途径,具体术式包括开放手术、腹腔镜手术、显微外科手术和介入治疗等方式。腹腔镜手术、显微外科手术等微创技术的创新和发展以及机器人辅助系统和介入治疗的应用,使手术更加微创、精准和个体化。VC治疗方案的选择需综合考虑患者病情、年龄、生育需求等因素,严格掌握适应证,进行个体化治疗,以提高疗效,改善患者预后。未来,随着新技术的发展和经验积累,VC的诊疗将更加精准。Varicocele(VC)is a common male reproductive system disease,and surgical treatment is the fundamental approach,including open surgery,laparoscopic surgery,microsurgery,and interventional therapy.The innovation and development of minimally invasive technologies such as laparoscopic surgery and microsurgery,as well as the application of robot assisted systems and interventional therapy,have made surgery more minimally invasive,precise,and individualized.The selection of VC treatment plan should comprehensively consider factors such as the the patient's condition,age,and fertility needs,strictly grasp the indications,and carry out individualized treatment to improve the efficacy and patient prognosis.In the future,with the development of new technologies and the accumulation of experience,the diagnosis and treatment of VC will become more precise.
