摘　　要：糖尿病足溃疡是糖尿病常见且严重的并发症,可导致患者残疾甚至死亡。目前的治疗方法包括高压氧疗、局部氧疗、臭氧疗法等。高压氧疗通过增加氧气溶解度可有效改善糖尿病足溃疡的愈合速度和感染控制能力,但高昂的费用和设备需求限制了其大规模推广。局部氧疗凭借其便捷性和安全性,适用于无法接受高压氧疗的患者,但设备成本及患者依从性等问题仍待解决。臭氧疗法则凭借其抗菌及促进再生的效果,为难治性糖尿病足溃疡提供了新的治疗选择。尽管氧疗在糖尿病足溃疡临床治疗中展现出较好的效果,但相关技术仍需进一步优化,以应对当前的局限性。Diabetic foot ulcers are a common and serious complication of diabetes mellitus,which can lead to disability or even death.Current treatments include hyperbaric oxygen therapy,local oxygen therapy,and ozone therapy.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the healing speed and infection control ability of ulcers by increasing oxygen solubility,but its high cost and equipment requirements limit its large-scale promotion.Due to its convenience and safety,local oxygen therapy is suitable for patients who cannot receive hyperbaric oxygen therapy,while problems such as equipment cost and patient compliance still need to be solved.Ozone therapy provides a new treatment option for refractory diabetic foot ulcer with its antibacterial and regenerative effects.Although oxygen therapy has shown good results in the clinical treatment,related technologies still need to be further optimized to cope with the current limitations.
