摘 要:随着全球老龄化加剧,老年心血管疾病的发病率逐年上升,给医疗系统带来巨大挑战。心血管疾病不仅是老年人群中的主要致死原因,其复杂的病理机制和个体差异使得治疗方案的制订变得尤为困难。药物基因组学作为一种新兴的研究领域,通过分析个体基因组信息,能够有效指导老年心血管疾病患者的药物选择和剂量调整,促进个体化治疗的实施。这对改善老年患者预后、预防不良结局、减少药物不良反应事件发生具有重要意义。然而,尽管取得了一定的进展,该领域仍面临着数据整合、临床应用和患者教育等多方面的挑战,未来需进一步探索。With the intensification of global aging,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases in the elderly is increasing year by year,bringing great challenges to the medical system.Not only that cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the elderly population,but also its complex pathological mechanisms and individual differences make it particularly difficult to formulate treatment plans.As an emerging research field,pharmacogenomics can effectively guide the drug selection and dose adjustment of elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases and promote the implementation of individualized treatment by analyzing individual genome information.This is of great significance for improving the prognosis,prevent adverse outcomes,and reduce adverse drug reactions of the elderly patients.However,despite some progress,the field still faces many challenges such as data integration,clinical application and patient education,and further exploration is needed in the future.
