摘 要:荆芥(Schizonepeta tenuifolia)是唇形科草本植物,在治疗风病、血病、疮病、以及慢性阻塞性肺病等方面发挥重要作用。本文探究了红、蓝光处理下荆芥的生长发育表型及萜类代谢成分含量的改变。结果发现,与对照组(140μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1))相比,蓝光(55μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),400~460 nm)处理下植株的株高、鲜重、分叉数均显著增加,而红光(45μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),600~640 nm)处理下仅株高、鲜重高于对照组,同时发现,红、蓝光处理组的F_(v)/F_(m)值与对照组有显著差异。此外,蓝光显著诱导了荆芥中薄荷酮途径上关键酶基因的表达。气相色谱检测结果也显示,蓝光处理显著促进了荆芥中柠檬烯、胡薄荷酮、薄荷酮等成分的累积。综上,蓝光可提高荆芥的光合作用效率,同时促进荆芥单萜类活性成分积累。The Labiaceae herb Schizonepeta tenuifolia plays a crucial role in the treatment of wind disease,blood disease,sore disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.In order to investigate the effects of red and blue light treatments on growth,development phenotype and terpenoid metabolic components of S.tenuifolia.Compared to the control group(140μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)),blue light treatment(55μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),400-460 nm)significantly increased plant height,fresh weight and branch number.Similarly,red light treatment(45μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),600-640 nm)also significantly increased these parameters except for branch number.However,under red light treatment only plant height and fresh weight were higher compared to the control group.F_(v)/F_(m)values differed significantly between the red/blue light treatment groups and the control group.Furthermore,blue light notably induced expression of key enzyme genes in S.tenuifolia menthone pathway.Gas chromatography results demonstrated that blue light treatment effectively enhanced accumulation of limonene,pulegone and menthone in S.tenuifolia.Overall findings suggest that blue light can enhance photosynthetic efficiency while promoting accumulation of monoterpenoid active components in S.tenuifolia.
