摘  要:针对当前船厂工时数据积累难、标准工时体系构建目的和目标性不足的问题,为加强船舶建造精细化管理,提高工时管理水平,分析船舶建造标准工时管理体系的内涵与使用方法,结合日韩船厂的先进经验,提出了包含生产实绩评价、生产实绩分析、标准工时体系构建、生成项目工时4个过程的标准工时体系构建持续改进与评价的方法,实现船舶建造标准工时体系的内生循环,并在国内某大型企业集团多类型多批次的船舶建造过程中应用,取得良好的效果,验证了该方法的有效性。For the current difficulties in accumulating working hour data in shipyards and the insufficient goals and objectives of constructing standard working hour systems,in order to strengthen the refined management of ship construction and improve the level of working hour management,the connotation and usage methods of the standard working hour management system for ship construction was analyzed.Combined with the advanced experience of shipyards in Japan and South Korea,a method to continuously improve and evaluate the standard working hour system,including four processes of production performance evaluation,production performance analysis,construction of standard working hour system and generation of project working hour,was proposed to realize the endogenous cycle of ship construction standard working hour system.This method has been applied in the construction process of multi-types and batches of ships in a certain shipbuilding group,achieving good results and verifying the effectiveness of this method.
