导流板对船舶脱硫塔脱硫性能的数值影响

摘  要:以I型脱硫塔为研究对象,研究改变导流板结构特性对脱硫过程的影响,利用欧拉-拉格朗日方程的思想,将喷雾液滴设置为离散相,烟雾设置为连续相,创建气液两相流模型;使用ANSYS CFX程序对气液两相流场进行全面模拟,将除雾区域模拟为多孔介质区域,并考虑电网独立性,为模拟导流板数量和长度的结构特征奠定了基础。结果表明,脱硫塔压降随导流板数量的增加而增大,而导流板数量的变化对烟气冷却效果没有明显影响;脱硫塔压降随导板长度的增加而略有增加,长度L=0.6L_(0)对烟气流场的优化有较好的影响。Taking the I-type desulfurization tower as the research object,the influence of changing the structural characteristics of deflector upon desulfurization process was studied.By using the idea of Euler-Lagrange equation,the spray droplets were set as discrete phase and smoke was set as continuous phase,and a gas-liquid two-phase flow model was established.The gas-liquid two-phase flow field was comprehensively simulated by ANSYS CFX.The demisting area was simulated as a porous medium area,and the independence of power grid was considered,laying a foundation for simulating the structural characteristics of the number and length of guide plates.The results showed that the pressure drop of desulfurization tower increases with the increase of the number of guide plates,but the change of the number of guide plates has no obvious effect on the flue gas cooling effect.The pressure drop of desulfurization tower increases slightly with the increase of guide plate length,and the length L=0.6L_(0) has a good influence on the optimization of flue gas flow field.
