摘 要:30,000 m^(3) FSRU-LNGC兼具LNG运输船和FSRU两种船型特点,运行工况复杂,海上航行作为运输船时需配置一套推进系统,停泊作为FSRU时电站容量需求大,针对其运行特点和系统组成,提出适用于多工况的大容量轴带发电机方案,分析两种船型运行工况下的功率需求,可给出大容量轴发详细配置情况,以利用LNG运输船工况下的主机功率,优化FSRU工况下的发电机配置,以期在多种工况尤其是进出港或FSRU工况下减少发电机的使用。The 30000 m^(3) FSRU-LNGC has the features of LNG carrier and FSRU,which makes the operation modes complex.It requires a set of propulsion system as a LNG carrier at seagoing condition,meanwhile the electric power consumption is high when as FSRU at port.In terms of the vessel’s operation features and system components,a large-capacity shaft generator proposal suitable for various modes was proposed.The power requirements under various operation modes were analyzed in order to give a detailed shaft generator system design,to make full use of the LNGC’s propulsion system configuration,to optimize auxiliary gensets design and reduce the frequency of starting auxiliary gensets in most common conditions,especially when entering and leaving port or at FSRU condition via arranging one shaft generator with large capacity.
