网衣选型及布置方式对网箱适渔性影响的数值分析

摘  要:为了解不同网箱参数下的流场适渔性情况,基于Realizable k-ε湍流模型,结合多孔介质理论,建立某深远海项目网衣的三维水动力模型。验证计算方法的可靠性,进一步分析在养殖海域中,流速、网衣线径、目脚长度、网衣间距等参数对流场适渔性的影响,并评估设计网衣的适渔性。结果表明,一定范围内较大的来流速度更有利于网后流场适渔性;网衣线径与目脚尺寸对适渔性的影响效果截然相反,线径越小,目脚长度越大,流场的适渔性一般越好;网衣间距变化对于网片间流场适渔性影响不大;设计网衣选型符合在养殖海域中的适渔性要求。Based on Realizable k-εturbulence model and the theory of porous media,a three-dimensional hydrodynamic model was established to solve the fish-adaptability problem of the cage-mesh system in far-reaching Marine culture.After verifying the reliability of the calculation method,the influence of flow velocity,wire diameter,mesh length,mesh spacing on the fishability of the flow field in the aquaculture sea area was further analyzed,and the fishability of the project net was evaluated.The simulation results showed that the adaptability of the flow field behind the net is obviously improved by increasing the inflow velocity within a certain range.The effect of wire diameter and mesh length on fishing suitability is completely opposite.The smaller the wire diameter and the larger the mesh length,the better the fishing suitability of flow field.The variation of net spacing has little effect on the fishability of intermesh flow field.The selection of design net meets the requirements of fishability in the aquaculture sea area.
