摘  要:明确含凹陷深海管道的压溃失效规律,准确预测其压溃压力显得尤为重要。文中采用非线性有限元方法,考虑球形压头和楔形压头引发的凹陷形状的影响,对凹陷管道压溃失效进行参数敏感性分析,提出将凹陷最深处的椭圆度作为描述凹陷缺陷严重程度的控制参数,得到径厚比和椭圆度等参数对压溃失效模式和压溃压力的影响规律。通过回归分析得到凹陷厚壁深海管道压溃压力的计算公式,可以为含凹陷深海管道的完整性评价提供参考。It is of practice importance to comprehend the collapse failure mechanism of dented pipe and accurately predict the collapse pressure of dented pipeline.The finite element model for deep-sea pipeline with dent was established considering the spherical and wedged indenter respectively.Through comparing the parameters such as dent depth and ovality,it was proven that the collapse pressures of pipelines with dent are identical for those with the same ovality.In other words,the ovality can be used as a control parameter to describe severity of dent defect.The effect of diameter-thickness ratio and ovality on the collapse failure mode and collapse pressure of dented pipeline was investigated.The regression equation for predicting collapse failure of pipeline with dent defects was proposed,providing a reference for the integrity evaluation of deep-sea pipelines with dents.
