摘 要:以负泊松比复合材料夹层板为研究对象,对其振动特性展开研究。首先,设计并制备了夹层板模型,对其进行空气中的强迫振动试验;然后,基于有限元法建立数值模型进行仿真计算,对比试验与仿真结果验证了夹层板数值模型的合理性与可靠性;最后,探究了芯层中格栅截面的形式、角度、厚度以及格栅材料对整体夹层板振动特性的影响。研究表明:当芯层等效密度相同时,内凹六边形格栅更有利于结构的减振设计;结构振动响应随截面角度的减小而减小;截面厚度变化对不同频段内振动响应曲线影响不同,但对响应的峰值大小影响较小;格栅材料为增强碳/玻璃混杂纤维的夹层板振动响应最小。Here,taking a negative Poisson’s ratio composite sandwich panel as the study object,its vibration characteristics were studied.Firstly,a sandwich panel model was designed and prepared,and forced vibration tests in air were conducted for it.Then,a numerical model was established based on finite element method for simulation calculations.The rationality and reliability of the numerical model built here were verified by comparing test results and simulation ones.Finally,effects of form,angle and thickness of grating cross-section as well as grating material in core layer on vibration characteristics of whole sandwich panel were explored.The study showed that when the equivalent density of core layer is the same,concave hexagonal grating is more conducive to structural vibration reduction design;structural vibration responses decrease with decrease in cross-sectional angle;changes of cross-sectional thickness have different effects on vibration response curves in different frequency bands,but these changes have less impact on response peak value;sandwich panels taking carbon/glass hybrid fiber as grating material have the smallest vibration response.
