摘  要:在役钻杆螺纹连接结构的在机检测愈发迫切,而传统无损检测方法只能检测单根钻杆两端的内螺纹或外螺纹缺陷,无法满足在机检测的要求。该文提出啮合状态下钻杆螺纹连接结构的超声导波检测方法,使钻杆螺纹连接结构的在机检测成为可能。首先,获得钻杆管体的频散曲线,选择群速度最大、曲线相对平坦、频率范围为60~120 kHz的L(0,2)为钻杆螺纹连接区域的检测模态;然后,从仿真和试验的角度研究了超声导波传播通过螺纹连接区域的透射特性;最后,通过仿真和试验的方法,基于L(0,2)模态超声导波实现了对钻杆螺纹连接区域的缺陷检测与定位。结果表明,基于超声导波方法检测啮合状态下钻杆螺纹连接区域是可行的和有效的,为钻杆螺纹连接结构的在机检测提供了一种新的方法和思路。On-machine inspection of in-service drill pipe threaded connection structure is becoming increasingly urgent,and traditional non-destructive testing method can only detect internal or external thread defects at both ends of a single drill pipe,and not meet requirements of on machine inspection.Here,an ultrasonic guided wave detection method for drill pipe threaded connection structure under meshing state was proposed to make it possible to perform on machine detection of drill pipe threaded connection structure.Firstly,the dispersion curve of drill pipe body was obtained,and L(0,2)mode with the highest group velocity,relatively flat curve and frequency range of 60-120 kHz was taken as the detection mode for threaded connection area of drill pipe.Secondly,transmission characteristics of ultrasonic guided wave propagating through threaded connection area were studied from both simulation and experimental perspectives.Finally,with simulation and experimental methods,defect detection and localization in threaded connection area of drill pipe were realized based on L(0,2)modal ultrasonic guided wave.The results showed that ultrasonic guided wave method is feasible and effective for detecting threaded connection area of drill pipe under meshing state to provide a new method and idea for on machine detection of drill pipe threaded connection structure.
