摘　　要：目的构建医院药品不良反应(ADR)的办公自动化(OA)系统,评价应用效果。方法选取2021—2022年首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院自发上报的全部ADR报告为研究内容,以ADR直报系统正式运行时间2022年1月1日为截点,将2021年全年上报的ADR报告归为运行前,2022年全年上报的ADR报告归为运行后,分别对运行前后的ADR报告数量、ADR类型、ADR上报质量进行统计分析,并通过VigiGrade评分评价ADR报告质量。结果系统运行前共收集ADR报告94例,运行后共收集ADR报告88例。OA系统运行后VigiGrade评分为(0.77±0.20)分,较运行前组的(0.66±0.25)分提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。系统运行前和运行后分别有36例(38.3%)和50例(56.8%)报告完整性良好(评分≥0.8分)。结论医院ADR的OA系统可以提高医疗机构ADR报告信息的完整性和及时性,为医院用药安全管理提供技术支持。Objective To establish an office automation(OA)system for ADR in hospitals and evaluate the application effect.Methods The ADR reports spontaneously reported by Beijing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from 2021 to 2022 were selected as the research content,and the official operation time of ADR direct reporting system was January 1,2022,as the cut-off point.ADR reports reported throughout 2021 were classified as before operation,and ADR reports reported throughout 2022 were classified as after operation.The number,type and quality of ADR reports before and after operation were analyzed statistically,and the quality of ADR reports was evaluated by VigiGrade score.Results A total of 94 ADR reports were collected before operation and 88 ADR reports were collected after operation.VigiGrade score after OA direct reporting system was(0.77±0.20)points,which was higher than that before OA direct reporting system(0.66±0.25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).36 cases(38.3%)and 50 cases(56.8%)reported good integrity(score≥0.8)before and after operation,respectively.Conclusion The hospital ADR OA system can improve the completeness and timeliness of ADR reports and provide technical support for hospital medication safety management.
