摘 要:为实现电解槽节能降耗,推动电解铝行业绿色发展,某铝厂采用沈阳铝镁设计研究院有限公司NCCT技术,在其400 kA电解系列中选择5台电解槽进行试验。结果表明,试验槽阴极压降175 mV,槽平均电压3.92 V,电流效率93.5%,铝液直流电耗12496 kWh/t-Al,较同期对比槽低458 kWh/t-Al,折合降低吨铝CO_(2)排放266 kg,节能降碳效果显著。In order to save energy and reduce consumption of pots as well as promote the green development of aluminum industry,an aluminum smelter adopted NCCT technology of Shenyang Aluminum&Magnesium Engineering&Research Institute Co.,Ltd.,and selected five pots in its 400 kA potline for experiments.The results show that the cathode voltage drop of the experimental pot is 175 mV,the average voltage of the pots is 3.92 V,the current efficiency is 93.5%,and the DC consumption of liquid aluminum is 12496 kWh/t-Al,which is 458 kWh/t-Al lower than that of the control pot in the same period,it is equivalent to a reduction of CO_(2)emission by 266 kg per ton of aluminum,and the effect of energy saving and carbon reduction is remarkable.
