摘 要:水系统的集成优化技术是从理论上解决工业企业节水减排的重要手段,大型超结构网络的水系统的集成优化方法最终是求解非线性规划问题(NLP),该方法是运筹学的一个基础问题。本文在研究电解铝厂的水网络集成时,根据行业特点,构建了解决零排放问题的集成优化模型,完整描述了含两级中水道的水网络模型应用于零排放工业企业的处理方法。在新的集成优化模型下,以某电解铝厂的用水网络为实例,在现实水损失条件和零排条件下,分别采用再生循环水和再生回用水网络结构,构建新鲜水水量最小,再生水流率最小以及再生杂质负荷小的水网络数学模型,计算得到节水40.8%的新水总用量优化水网络。该方法能够为电解铝等工业企业的水系统设计及优化提供基础性的数学模型支撑,是设计方法由依靠传统经验法到数学模型法的具体实例。The integrated optimization technology of water systems is an important means to theoretically address the problem of water conservation and emission reduction in industrial enterprises.The integrated optimization method of water systems in large-scale superstructure networks ultimately solves nonlinear programming problems(NLP),which is a fundamental problem in operational research.This paper focuses on the integration of water networks in aluminum smelter.Based on industry characteristics,an integrated optimization model is constructed to solve zero drainage problem,and a complete description is given for the application of a water network model with two intermediate waterways to zero drainage industrial enterprises.Under the new integrated optimization model,taking the water network of a certain aluminum smelter as an example,under actual water loss conditions and zero drainage conditions,the regeneration circulating water and regeneration reuse water network structures are respectively adopted to construct a water network mathematical model with the minimum fresh water volume,minimum regeneration water flow rate and low regeneration impurity load.The optimized water network with a total fresh water consumption of 40.8%water-saving is calculated.This method can provide fundamental mathematical model support for the design and optimization of water systems in industrial enterprises such as electrolytic aluminum,which is a specific example of the design method from relying on traditional empirical methods to mathematical model methods.
