摘　　要：本文详细介绍了一种新型电解铝厂智能备件仓库的设计与实现。该仓库基于先进物联网及信息化技术设计,其目的是为了提高电解铝厂各类备件日常的物料进出、领用、退用、盘点及物料管理等管理过程的工作效率。实践证明,该新型仓库的应用有效提升了企业的物料进出效率、提高了备件存储量、减少了管理成本、实现各类物料实时盘点并确保账实相符、持续降低物料损耗。This paper introduced the design and implementation of a new-type intelligent spare parts warehouse for aluminum smelters in detail.This warehouse is designed based on advanced internet technology and information technology,in an effort to improve the work efficiency of the daily management process of all kinds of spare parts in aluminum smelters,such as material in and out,requisition,return,inventory and material management.Practice has proved that the application of this new-type warehouse effectively improves the efficiency of material in and out,increases the storage capacity of spare parts,reduces the management cost,realizes real-time inventory of various materials,ensures the consistency of accounts and facts,and continuously reduces material loss.
