摘  要:随着“碳达峰、碳中和”发展目标的提出,可再生能源占比逐渐提高,氧化铝厂传统装备配置难以满足新型变配电系统的发展需求,新型变配电系统借助工业互联网、智能装备等新技术、新设备,向着供电多元化、装备智能化、管理数字化快速发展,构建互联网数字智能化氧化铝厂已成为必然发展趋势。本文针对新型变配电系统的概念、国内外发展现况,分析现阶段国内氧化铝厂变配电系统现状,并结合当前新一代智能设备的应用,对新变配电系统方案给予说明,提出氧化铝厂数字智能化新型变配电系统总体架构,并对每一层进行解释说明,最后阐述了构建互联网数字智能化氧化铝厂变配电系统的意义与价值,为促进氧化铝厂向智能配电绿色低碳转型提供新思路。With the development goal of"Emission Peak,Carbon Neutrality"put forward,the proportion of renewable energy is gradually increasing,and the traditional equipment configuration of alumina refinery can not meet the development needs of new power distribution system.With the help of new technologies and equipment such as industrial Internet and intelligent equipment,the new power distribution system is developing rapidly towards diversified power supply,intelligent equipment and digital management,and it has become an inevitable development trend to build an Internet digital and intelligent alumina refinery.Based on the concept of new power distribution system and the development status both at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of power distribution system in domestic alumina refineries,explains the scheme of new power distribution system in combination with the application of the new generation of intelligent equipment,puts forward the overall framework of digital and intelligent new power distribution system in alumina refineries,and explains each layer.Finally,it expounds the significance and value of constructing Internet digital and intelligent power distribution system in alumina refineries,providing new ideas for promoting the transformation of alumina refineries to intelligent power distribution with green and low carbon.
