摘  要:本文针对保健品中非法添加违禁药物酚酞的现状,开发了一种基于表面增强拉曼光谱(surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy,SERS)的快速检测方法。该方法利用SERS技术高灵敏度、高特异性和操作简便的优势,克服了实验室检测方法操作复杂、成本高等局限性。方法采用纳米金溶胶作为SERS增强试剂,并通过优化样品前处理流程,包括净化材料和复溶溶液的种类等,最终实现了对酚酞的高灵敏度检测,标准溶液检出限可达0.5μg/mL。实验结果表明,该方法对固体样品和液体样品的检出限分别达到50μg/g和50μg/mL,检测时长小于30min,优于已有快检方法。本研究开发的SERS方法具有操作简单、成本低廉、灵敏度高、特异性好等优点,在海关、公安、市场监督等一线快速检测场景中具有广泛应用前景,可有效打击保健品中非法添加违禁药物的行为,保障消费者健康安全。In this manuscript,we developed a rapid detection technique utilizing surface-enhanced Raman spectros-copy(SERS)for the identification of unauthorized phenolphthalein in health care products.Capitalizing on the high sensitivity,specificity,and user-friendly nature of SERS technology,this approach addresses the drawbacks of conventional laboratory techniques,which are characterized by intricate procedures and substantial costs.The de-tection method employs gold nanoparticles as the SERS substrate.Through optimization of the sample pretreatment process,including the purification materials and extraction solvent,we achieved a highly sensitive detection of phe-nolphthalein.The detection limit for the standard solution is as low as 0.5μg/mL,with limits of detection for solid and liquid samples at 50μg/g and 50μg/mL,respectively,outperforming current rapid detection methods.The SERS technique presented herein is characterized by its simplicity,cost-effectiveness,and robust analytical perfor-mance in terms of sensitivity and specificity.It holds significant potential for widespread application in on-site rapid testing within the domains of customs,public security,and market regulation,effectively curbing the illegal use of prohibited substances in health products and safeguarding consumer health and safety.
