摘　　要：农业农村现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重中之重,加强对其进程与实现程度的统计监测十分必要。文章系统梳理了中国农业农村现代化的发展历程与研究逻辑,划分农业农村现代化发展阶段,深入探讨了中国式农业农村现代化的理论内涵和统计内涵,构建了中国式农业农村现代化的“三级三类一体化”监测体系,并实证分析2013—2021年中国30个省份的农业农村现代化实现进程和区域差异。研究结果表明:中国农业农村现代化整体实现进程加快,但各地区发展水平不一,呈现东高西低发展格局、梯次推进规律与分级演进特征,东部绝大部分省份已实现农业农村初步现代化,进入基本现代化发展阶段,而西部地区仍落后于初步现代化发展水平;样本期间省域发展速度各异,东部快速增长,西部稳中有升;农业农村发展导向不均,呈重建设轻经营特征。中国应补足西部地区农业农村发展劣势,提升基础服务设施的服务功能,加强农业产业融合深度,充分发挥发达地区的辐射效应,加强东西部协调发展,全面推进农业农村现代化进程。The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is the most important part of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way,so it is necessary to strengthen the statistical monitoring of its progress and realization.This thesis systematically sorts out the development process and research logic of Chinese modernization of agriculture and rural,divides the development stages of agricultural and rural modernization,and deeply discusses the theoretical and statistical connotation of Chinese modernization of agricultural and rural,and builds a“three stages and three types of integration”monitoring system for the Chinese modernization of agriculture and rural.The process and regional differences of modernization of agricultural and rural in 30 provinces of China from 2013 to 2021 are empirically analyzed.The results show that,the overall process of Chinese of modernization of agricultural and rural is speeding up,but the development levels of different regions are different,showing a pattern of high development in the east and low development in the west,echelon progressive rule and hierarchical evolution.Among them,the first development echelon has realized the initial modernization of agriculture and rural and stepped into the basic modernization development stage,and the second development echelon is close to the initial modernization of agriculture and rural.However,the western region still lags the initial development level of modernization of agricultural and rural and belongs to the third development echelon.During the sample period,the development speed of provinces varied,with rapid growth in the east and steady growth in the west,and the initial modernization of agricultural and rural index of most provinces shows a fluctuating growth trend.The orientation of development of agricultural and rural is uneven,showing the characteristics of heavy construction and light management,the construction of rural infrastructure and basic services is high,and agricultural production efficiency is improved,
