摘  要:【目的】探明百里杜鹃自然保护区杜鹃属自然杂交和变异种质资源的综合观赏价值,为筛选兼具观赏性和开发潜力的杜鹃种质资源提供依据。【方法】以百里杜鹃自然保护区45株杜鹃自然杂交后代和变异个体为研究对象,从杜鹃叶片及花的观赏性2个方面选取2大类共13个评价指标,采用层次分析法对各指标权重进行赋分,然后对杜鹃观赏价值进行综合评价。【结果】构建包含2个准则层13个指标层的杜鹃观赏性评价指标体系,其权重为0.055~0.667,花的观赏性权重(0.833),远高于叶的观赏性权重(0.167)。45株杜鹃自然杂交后代及变异个体的综合评分为2.82~3.83分,据此将其分为4大类:第Ⅰ大类共5株,分别为Z008(3.83分)、Z009(3.81分)、Z001(3.78分)、M014(3.74分)和M021(3.70分),其综合评分均高于3.70分;第Ⅱ大类(3.49~3.70分),共15株,分别为M007、M004、M029、Z002、M013、M016、M025、M008、Z004、M015、Z006、M005、M027、M019、M024;其余25株为第Ⅲ大类(综合评分3.19~3.44分)和第Ⅳ大类(综合评分2.82~3.08分),其综合评分均低于3.44分。【结论】通过对45株杜鹃自然杂交后代及变异个体观赏价值的综合评价,选出综合评分高于3.70的优良植株5株,分别为Z008、Z009、Z001、M014和M021,为下一步培育新品种奠定基础。[Objective]The comprehensive ornamental value of Rhododendron natural hybridization and variation germplasm resources in Baili Rhododendron Nature Reserve is evaluated to provide the scientific basis for screening of Rhododendron germplasm resources with both orna-mental value and developing potential.[Method]13 ornamental indexes of leaves and flowers of 45 Rhododendron natural hybridization culti-vars and variants from Baili Rhododendron Nature Reserve were comprehensively evaluated based on the weights of different indexes analyzed by Analytic hierarchy process(AHP).[Result]The ornamental evaluation index system including 13 indexes was successfuly established and the weights range from 0.055 to 0.667.The flower ornamental weight was 0.833 and higher than leaf ornamental weight(0.167)signifi-cantly.The comprehensive score of 45 Rhododendron natural hybridization cultivars and variants was 2.82-3.83.45 Rhododendron natural hybridization cultivars and variants were divided into 4 groups according to their comprehensive evaluation scores.Group I had 5 plants with the higher comprehensive evaluation score(≥3.70)and the comprehensive evaluation score of Z008,Z009,Z001,M014 and M021 was 3.83,3.81,3.78,3.74 and 3.70,respectively.Group I had 15 plants(M007,M004,M029,Z002,M013,M016,M025,M008,Z004,M015,Z006,M005,M027,M019 and M024)and the comprehensive evaluation score was 3.49-3.67.Group II had 17 plants and the comprehensive evaluation score was 3.19-3.44.Group IV had 8 plants and the comprehensive evaluation score was 2.82-3.08.[Conclu-sion]Five excellent plants(Z008,Z009,Z001,M014 and M021)with the higher comprehensive evaluation score(≥3.70)are screened from 45 Rhododendron natural hybridization cultivars and variants by AHP to lay the foundation for breeding new Rhododendron varieties in future.
