摘 要:【目的】探索不同种类及浓度的生物源诱抗剂对林下三七叶绿素含量、发病情况及皂苷含量的影响。【方法】选用寡糖·链蛋白、3%超敏蛋白、0.1%S-诱抗素、5%氨基寡糖素和谷氨酸5种植物诱抗剂,每种植物诱抗剂设置4个浓度,将其外源喷施于三七植株茎叶表面,测定三七生物量、发病率及皂苷含量的变化情况。【结果】1和2 g/L寡糖·链蛋白、0.5 g/L 3%超敏蛋白、1.25 mL/L 0.1%S-诱抗素及0.05 g/L谷氨酸对三七植株诱导处理后可以显著促进其叶绿素含量的积累;不同浓度3%超敏蛋白、0.1%S-诱抗素及谷氨酸对三七植株诱导处理后,三七黑斑病和根腐病的发病率均显著降低,1、2、4 g/L寡糖·链蛋白及0.5、1、2 mL/L的5%氨基寡糖素对三七植株诱导处理后,三七黑斑病和根腐病的发病率显著降低;0.5 g/L寡糖·链蛋白、0.25 g/L谷氨酸及1 mL/L 5%氨基寡糖素对三七植株诱导处理后,显著促进三七地上部和地下部生物量的积累;0.5 g/L寡糖·链蛋白、0.5、1 mL/L 5%氨基寡糖素,1.25 mL/L 0.1%S-诱抗素,4 g/L 3%超敏蛋白及0.1、0.25 g/L谷氨酸对三七诱导处理后可显著促进三七地下部总皂苷含量的积累。0.5~2 g/L寡糖·链蛋白、1 mL/L 5%氨基寡糖素,1.25 mL/L和2.5 mL/L 0.1%S-诱抗素、2~4 g/L 3%超敏蛋白及0.25 g/L谷氨酸对林下三七具有促生诱抗及提质的作用。【结论】适宜浓度的生物源植物诱抗剂对林下三七有促生诱抗及提质的效果,生产中可根据需要选择适宜种类和浓度的植物诱抗剂来促进林下三七的健康生长。[Objective]The study aimed to explore the effects of different kinds and concentrations of biogenic resistance inducers on chlorophyll content,incidence and saponin content of Panax notoginseng under the pine forest.[Method]Five plant resistance inducers,oligosaccharide chain protein,3%hypersensitive protein,0.1%S-Abscisic acid,5%amino-oligosaccharide and glutamate,with four concentrations were set spraied on the surface of stem and leaves of P.notoginseng,and the biomass,incidence and saponin content of P.notoginseng were measured.[Result]1 and 2 g/L oligosaccharides chain protein,0.5 g/L 3%hypersensitive protein,1.25 mL/L 0.1%S-Abscisic acid andO.05 g/L glutamate could significantly promote the accumulation of chlorophyll content in the plant of P.notoginseng.The incidence of blackspot disease and root rot disease of P.notoginseng was significantly reduced after treatment with 3%hypersensitive protein,0.1%S-Abscisicacid,glutamic acid with dfferent.Concentrations 1,2,4 g/L oligosaccharides and 0.5,1,2 mL/L5%amino-oligosaccharides significantly reducedthe incidence of black spot and root rot of P.notoginseng after induction treatment.0.5 g/L oligosaccharides and chain protein,0.25g/L glutamic acid and 1 mL/L 5%amino-oligosaccharides significantly promoted the accumulation of biomass in the above-ground and undergroundparts of P.notoginseng after induction treatment.The accumulation of total saponins in the underground part of P.notoginseng wassignificantly promoted by 0.5 g/L oligosaccharides chain proteins,0.5 and 1 mL/L 5%amino-oligosaccharides,1.25 mL/L 0.1%S-Abscisicacid,4 g/L 3%hypersensitive proteins,0.1 g/L and 0.25 g/L glutamate.Therefore,0.5-2 g/L oligosaccharide chain protein,1 mL/L 5%amino-oligosaccharide,1.25,2.5 mL/L 0.1%S-Abscisic acid,2-4 g/L 3%hypersensitive protein,0.25 g/L Glutamic acid couldpromote growth,induce resistance and improve quality of P.notoginseng.[Conclusion]Suitable concentration of biogenic plant resistance attractantscan promote growth,induce resistance and improve quality of P.
