摘 要:【目的】为进一步提高基地单元初烤烟叶可用性评价结果的可信度和科学性,掌握科学指导烟叶基地单元合理布局的有效方法。【方法】以重庆中烟公司酉阳基地单元初烤烟叶样本为研究对象,采用聚类法基于化学成分对初烤烟叶质量进行分区,运用层次分析法、熵值法、博弈论分别赋予各化学指标权重,并结合重庆中烟对酉阳基地单元烟叶的质量定位,运用博弈论、灰色关联分析法,综合评价该基地单元初烤烟叶的工业可用性。【结果】聚类分析结果表明,下部叶分为6个可用性类别,中部叶分为8个,上部叶分为4个,说明上部烟叶化学成分均一性较下部和中部烟叶稍好,下部叶化学成分均一性次之,中部叶化学成分均一性最差。熵值法、博弈论、层次分析法赋权结果显示,烟碱含量、糖碱比和氮碱比的权重较大,居于前3位;钾、氯含量和钾氯比权重较小,说明烟碱含量、糖碱比和氮碱比对初烤烟叶可用性的影响较大,而钾、氯含量和钾氯比对初烤烟叶可用性影响则较小。灰色关联度分析法计算烟叶化学质量与工业需求的匹配度结果表明,下部叶可用性较好,与工业需求匹配度在0.7以上的烟叶占83.33%;上部叶次之,匹配度在0.7以上的烟叶占75.00%;中部叶可用性较差,匹配度在0.7以上的烟叶占62.50%,这就要求生产管理者必须合理调控烟田水肥条件,从而改善烟叶化学成分含量及其协调性以提升工业可用性。【结论】基于初烤烟叶化学成分分类评价了酉阳基地单元初烤烟叶与工业需求的匹配度,若结合产地的地理信息可更加精准有效地指导基地单元的烟叶生产。[Objective]The study aimed to further improve the reliability and scientific of the usability evaluation results of initial tobacco leaves in base units,and master effective methods for scientifically guiding the rational layout of tobacco base units.[Method]Taking the sam-ples of tobacco leaves from Youyang base unit of Chongqing Tobacco Company as the research object,the clustering method was used to clas-sify the quality of cured tobacco leaves based on their chemical composition.The Analytic Hierarchy Process,Entropy Method and Game The-ory were used to assign weights to each chemical index,respectively.Combined with Chongqing Tobacco Company's quality positioning of to-bacco leaves in Youyang base unit,Game Theory and Grey Relational Analysis were used to comprehensively evaluate the industrial usability of tobacco leaves in the base unit.[Result]The clustering analysis results showed that the lower leaves(X2F),middle leaves(C3F)and upper leaves(B2F)were divided into6,8 and4 availability categories,respectively,indicating that the uniformity of chemical composition in the upper tobacco leaves was slightly better than that of the lower and middle tobacco leaves,followed by the lower leaves,and the uniformity of chemical composition in the middle leaves was the worst.The weighting results of Entropy Method,Game Theory,and Analytic Hierarchy Process showed that nicotine content,sugar to alkali ratio,and nitrogen to alkali ratio had higher weights,ranking in the top three;The weight of potassium,chlorine content,and potassium to chlorine ratio was relatively small,indicating that nicotine content,sugar to alkali ratio,and nitrogen to alkali ratio had a greater impact on the usability of initial tobacco leaves,while potassium,chlorine content,and potassium to chlo-rine ratio had a smaller impact on the usability of initial tobacco leaves.The results of matching degree between the chemical quality of tobac-co leaves and industrial demand showed that the usability index of chemical components of lower leaves(X2F)wa
