长江鲟源致病性中间气单胞菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

摘　　要：【目的】明确转食期阶段长江鲟暴发传染病病原。【方法】从患病长江鲟肝脏进行病原菌分离并通过分析16SrRNA和gyrB基因序列进行鉴定,同时对分离菌株开展动物感染和药敏试验。【结果】从濒死长江鲟肝脏中分离到优势菌株YB2401,通过16S rRNA和gyrB基因序列分析鉴定为中间气单胞菌。动物回归感染试验表明,1×10^(8)CFU/fish剂量的菌株YB2401造成37.50%的长江鲟死亡。药敏试验发现,菌株YB2401对青霉素、庆大霉素、链霉素和复方新诺明耐药,对恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星、氟苯尼考、多西环素和头孢呋辛敏感。【结论】患病长江鲟体内分离的菌株YB2401为中间气单胞菌,对长江鲟具有致病性。【Objective】The paper aimd to clarify the pathogen of a serious infectious disease occurred in Yangtze Sturgeon(Acipenser dabrya⁃nus)during weaning.【Method】The pathogens were isolated from the liver of the diseased A.dabryanus and identified by analyzing 16S rRNA and gyrB gene sequences,while animal infection experiment and susceptibility test were carried out.【Result】The predominant strain YB2401 was isolated from the liver of dying A.dabryanus and identified as Aeromonas media by 16S rRNA and gyrB gene sequences analyses.The ani⁃mal regression infection showed that the strain YB2401 at 1×10^(8) CFU/fish dose caused 37.50%mortality of A.dabryanus.The antibiotic susceptibility test revealed that the strain YB2401 was resistant to penicillin,gentamicin,streptomycin,compound sulfamethoxazole,and sensi⁃tive to enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin,florfenicol,doxycycline and cefuroxime.【Conclusion】The strain YB2401 isolated from the dis⁃eased A.dabryanus is Aeromonas media and has pathogenicity to the A.dabryanus.
