光伏镀釉玻璃的粘接力和黄变研究

摘  要:光伏镀釉玻璃是用于双玻光伏组件背面的增反射玻璃,双玻组件用光伏镀釉玻璃釉层的黄度值会影响反射到电池片的光照强度,釉层与胶膜的粘接力也会影响组件的密封性,进而影响组件性能。通过选取了某款镀釉玻璃,开展了有关釉层胶膜粘接力和黄变的有关研究。从不同环境实验条件等方面分析了对光伏镀釉玻璃性能的影响,结果可为光伏组件在光伏镀釉玻璃的选型和釉料工艺优化方面提供参考。Glazed photovoltaic glass is an enhanced reflection glass used on the back of double-glass photovoltaic modules.The yellow index of the glaze coating layer of photovoltaic glass used in double glass components will affect the light intensity reflected to the cell.The adhesion between the glaze layer and the film will also affect the sealing of the component,which in turn affects the performance of the component.The adhesive force of glaze layer to film and yellowing of the glazed glass were studied by selecting a certain type of glazed glass.The effects of different experimental environmental conditions on the performance of glazed photovoltaic glass were analyzed,and the results can provide reference for the selection of glazed photovoltaic glass and the optimization of glazing process for the application of photovoltaic glass modules.
