摘 要:本研究采用紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对12 mm厚度的浮法玻璃及含聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)胶片组成的夹层安全玻璃(6/1.52PVB/6)进行了0.3~25μm区间光谱吸收率测量。实验结果揭示了在波长1.6~2.75μm区间PVB材料表现出显著的光吸收增强现象,这直接影响其在热加工过程中的能量吸收及辊压过程中PVB与玻璃之间的黏结,进而对辊压效果产生明显影响,尤其是对可钢化Low-E玻璃与普通玻璃夹层时的加工质量有明显影响。通过定性分析后认为,对于可钢化Low-E玻璃夹层时无法做到层一和层二完全吻合的情况下应该采用辐射与对流加热相结合的设计方式。In this study,the spectral absorptance of 12 mm thick float glass and laminated safety glass(6/1.52PVB/6)containing PVB film was measured in the range of 0.3~25μm by ultraviolet/visible/near-infrared spectrophotometer and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.The experimental results revealed that PVB materials exhibited significant enhancement of light absorption in the wavelength range of 1.6~2.75μm,which directly affected the energy absorption in the hot working process and the bonding between PVB and glass in the rolling process,thus significantly affecting the rolling effect.In particular,it has obvious influence on the processing quality of toughened Low-E glass and ordinary glass interlayer.After qualitative analysis,it is concluded that the combination of radiation and convection heating should be adopted for the case that the layer one and layer two can not be completely matched when the tempered Low-E glass sandwich.
