摘 要:通过实验,探索出石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定高纯石英砂中的铁的方法。实验结果表明:检出限为0.05 ng/mL,回归方程的线性相关系数r大于0.999。对样品进行10次重复测定,相对标准偏差为0.53%。通过对标准物质进行检测,验证了该方法的准确度。该检测方法具有较高的精确度和准确度,能够精准检测出高纯石英砂中铁的含量。A method for determination of iron in high purity quartz sand by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry has been developed through experiments.The experimental results show that the detection limit is 0.05 ng/mL,and the linear correlation coefficient r of the regression equation is greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviation of the 10 repeated measurements of sand sample is 0.53%The accuracy of the method was verified by testing reference materials.The method has high precision and accuracy,and can accurately determine the iron content in high purity quartz sand.
