摘　　要：结直肠癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,在中国的发病率连年上升。中医湿证在结直肠癌形成、增殖转移过程中发挥着重要的促进作用。本文探讨了结直肠癌与中医湿证的相关性,介绍了目前结直肠肿瘤中湿证的临床量化诊断标准,总结了结直肠癌中湿证相关的机制通路研究,即肠道菌群失调、代谢通路异常及免疫微环境紊乱等。此外,本文还归纳了祛湿中药及复方对结直肠癌的治疗作用,包括协同化疗增敏、防治化疗不良反应、预防术后复发转移等。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive tract,and its incidence in China has increased year by year.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dampness syndrome plays an important role in promoting the formation,proliferation,and metastasis of colorectal cancer.This paper discussed the correlation between colorectal cancer and TCM dampness syndrome,introduced the clinical quantitative diagnostic criteria of dampness syndrome in colorectal cancer,and summarized the researches on the mechanism pathways related to dampness syndrome in colorectal cancer,namely intestinal flora disturbance,metabolic pathway abnormality,and immune microenvironment disturbance.In addition,the therapeutic effects of dampness-expelling Chinese medicine and compound formulas on colorectal cancer were summarized,including synergistic chemotherapy sensitization,prevention of chemotherapy adverse reactions,and prevention of postoperative recurrence and metastasis.
