摘　　要：本文深入总结了符文彬教授在长期临床实践中的宝贵经验,特别是在从“固本温督”的独特视角出发,对原发性椎管内占位性病变的有效治疗策略。符文彬教授运用“整合针灸”治疗模式,巧妙融合针刺、精灸、刺络及埋针等多种疗法,精选督脉、任脉、心经、肾经、脾经、胃经等经脉的腧穴作为主要治疗点,旨在调理脾肾,固护先后天之本,同时温督阳,除阴秽,从而实现扶正祛邪的治疗目的。“固本温督”整合针灸疗法不仅可有效遏制疾病的进展,缓解患者症状,更为原发性椎管内占位性病变的临床诊治提供了新的思路。This article provided an in-depth summary of Professor FU Wenbin’s valuable experience in long-term clinical practice,especially the effective treatment strategies for primary intraspinal space-occupying lesions from the unique perspective of“strengthening the foundation and warm Du meridian”.Professor FU Wenbin used the treatment mode of“integrated acupuncture and moxibustion”,cleverly integrated acupuncture,refined moxibustion,collateral pricking,and thread embedding,selected the acupoints of Du,Ren,heart,kidney,spleen,stomach meridians as the main points,aiming at regulating spleen and kidney,strengthening the body,warming Du meridian,and eliminating yin pathogen,as to achieve the effect of strengthening the healthy qi and eliminating the pathogen.Integrated acupuncture and moxibustion from“strengthening the foundation and warm Du meridian”can not only control the progression of the disease effectively,alleviate the symptoms of patients,but also provide a new approach for clinical treatment of primary intraspinal space-occupying lesions.
