“胶州”释名与清代胶州疆域考

摘　　要：胶州一地的历史虽可追溯至远古时代,但是胶州之名的产生却迟至北魏,是当时地方最高行政区划的专名。后来朝代鼎革,地方行政制度多变,胶州经历了废弃、重置等周折,而且在行政区划之外,又被赋予了具体的一地之名的意义。期间,随着国家统一与政权稳固,胶州的行政级别逐渐降低,地理范围亦逐渐缩小。清代,胶州疆域虽促于前朝,但却明显舒于今日。在陆地上,其地西接高密,北依平度,西南达胶南的张家楼镇、大村镇的东北以及藏南镇的最东边,东北向即墨七及镇延伸。在海域上,随着清代胶即关系的变化,胶州所辖海域范围亦呈多变之姿,历史上出现的胶海、胶州海、少海、胶州湾等称谓,其内涵都有时代的限制,不能简单互称。The history of Jiaozhou district can be dated back to ancient times.However,Jiaozhou,as the appropriative name of the lo-cal highest administrative division,was not named so until the Northern Wei dynasty.Later on,with the dynastic reforms and changes in the local administrative system,Jiaozhou was abandoned and resettled,and was entitled the name of a specific place apart from that of the administrative division.With the unification of the country and the stabilization of the regime,the administrative level of Jiaozhou was degraded,and its geographical scope was also gradually narrowed.In the Qing Dynasty,although the boundary of Jiaozhou was narrower than that of the previous dynasty,it was significantly larger than that of today.For its land territory,it was adjacent to Gaomi in the west,Pingdu in the north.To its south was the northeast of Zhangjialou and Dacun towns in Jiaonan and the easternmost part of Zangnan town.To its east it extended to Qiji town of Jimo.For its marine territory,its maritime domain was variable due to the chan-ging relationship between Jiaozhou and Jimo during the Qing Dynasty.Therefore,the appellations of Jiao Sea,Jiaozhou Sea,Shao Sea and Jiaozhou Bay are not interchangeable due to their different connotations in historical times.
