摘 要:为了降低石油依赖并减少环境污染,新能源汽车及其节能减排技术成为汽车行业关注的焦点,其中,能量流分析是降低整车能耗的重要手段。为了能够定量地分析整车的能量分布及消耗量并探索能耗优化方案,文章基于AMESim的整车能量流进行分析与优化研究。首先,根据给定的各项参数搭建基于AMESim的整车能量流仿真模型;然后基于试验数据对仿真模型进行校核,使其贴近实车情况,该模型的误差在5%以内;最后,进行“策略级-部件级-整车级”整车能耗分级优化,组合优化方案下能耗优化幅度可达8.7%左右。In order to reduce oil dependence and environmental pollution,new energy vehicles and their energy saving and emission reduction technologies have become the focus of the automotive industry,where energy flow analysis is an important means to reduce the energy consumption of the vehicle.In order to quantitatively analyze the energy distribution and consumption of the vehicle and explore the energy consumption optimization solution,an AMESim-based energy flow analysis and optimization study of the vehicle is performed in this paper.First,the AMESim-based vehicle energy flow simulation model is built based on the given parameters;Then the simulation model is calibrated based on the test data to make it close to the real vehicle situation,and the error of the model is within 5%;Finally,the vehicle energy consumption is optimized in a hierarchical manner of"strategy level-component level-vehicle level",and the energy consumption can be optimized by about 8.7%under the combined optimization solution.
