摘  要:液冷充电枪对大功率充电性能至关重要。文章主要分析并系统总结影响液冷充电枪性能的主要因素,旨在为大功率充电用充电枪提供技术支持,推动新能源汽车大功率充电健康、有序发展。研究发现,当前影响液冷充电枪性能的因素主要有温升可靠性、液冷管路可靠性、异常状态下的安全可靠性及其他问题。最后针对提升液冷充电枪性能提出若干建议。Liquid cooled charging gun is very important for high power charging performance.This paper mainly analyzes and systematically summarizes the main factors affecting the performance of the liquid-cooled charging gun,aiming to provide technical support for high-power charging guns and promote the healthy and orderly development of high-power charging for new energy vehicles.It is found that the main factors affecting the performance of the liquidcooled charging gun are temperature rise reliability,liquid cooling pipeline reliability,safety reliability under abnormal conditions and other problems.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve the performance of the liquid-cooled charging gun.
