摘  要:随着电动汽车的大规模普及,其充电设施的安全可靠性备受企业和用户关注。对充电设施进行电网适应性测试,能有效判断其在不同场景下的可靠性。为此,文章梳理电动汽车充电过程中,因各类电网异常所导致的充电失效现象,选取不同谐波电压波形、过零点及任意相位点电压振荡、交流供电零电位偏移,以及全球典型异常电网波形适应性这4种工况,对某国产品牌交流充电桩展开电网适应性测试,并分析试验结果,旨在为行业覆盖更多充电工况、提升充电设施工作品质提供参考。With the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles,the safety and reliability of their charging facilities are concerned by enterprises and users.Network adaptability test of charging facilities can effectively judge their reliability in different scenarios.To this end,the paper sorted out the charging failure phenomena caused by various power grid anomalies in the charging process of electric vehicles,and selected four working conditions:different harmonic voltage waveforms,voltage oscillations at zero crossing and arbitrary phase points,zero potential offset of AC power supply,and the adaptability of typical abnormal global power grid waveforms,and conducted grid adaptability tests on a domestic brand AC charging pile.The test results are analyzed to provide reference for the industry to cover more charging conditions and improve the working quality of charging facilities.
