摘　　要：外后视镜侧转向灯在汽车安全中起着至关重要的作用,目前存在的外后视镜侧转向灯均匀性不足问题严重影响其产品品质和安全性。本研究旨在提高侧转向灯的均匀性,以提升产品品质和安全性。研究结果表明,通过工程结构提升、光学设计加强、样件验证改良、加工工艺改善等多个维度的控制,成功提升侧转向灯的均匀性。The external rearview mirror side turn signal plays a vital role in automobile safety.The existing problem of insufficient uniformity of the external rearview mirror side turn signal seriously affects the quality and safety of its products.The aim of this study is to improve the uniformity of side turn signal to improve product quality and safety.The results show that the uniformity of the side turn signal is successfully improved through the control of engineering structure improvement,optical design enhancement,sample verification improvement and machining technology improvement.
