摘 要:随着新能源乘用车的发展,汽车对整车性能、电器稳定性、制造成本的要求越来越严格,对车用材料的性能使用率越来越高。汽车零部件产品的要求更加苛刻,各大主机厂及供应商对零部件的设计开发要求具备统一性、平台化的特点。文章通过热缩管常见的破损现象,从破损机理入手进行研究,并在实际故障问题上进行验证,制定优化对策。因热缩管直接影响到铝电源线密封性能,分析热缩管破损机理及规避方法很有意义,也希望为后期的铝导线热缩管选型及试验验证提供有益的指导。With the development of the new energy passenger vehicles,automobiles have more and more stringent requirements for vehicle performance,electrical stability,and manufacturing cost,and the use of materials is getting higher and higher.The requirements of auto parts products are more demanding,and the design and development requirements of mahor OEMs and suppliers for parts have the characteristics of uniformity and platform talk.In this paper,through the common breakage phenomenon of heat-shrinkable tubes,we start from the breakage mechanism to study,and verify in the actual failure problem to develop optimization countermeasures.Because heat shrink tubing directly affects the sealing performance of aluminum power lines,it is meaningful to analyze the breakage mechanism of heat shrink tubing and avoidance methods,and hope that it will provide useful guidance for the later selection of heat shrink tubing for aluminum wires and test verification.
