技术帝国、风险社会与全人类共同价值的弘扬

摘　　要：坚持和弘扬全人类共同价值离不开具体的技术情境。哈特、奈格里的帝国思想揭示的是当代资本主义在全球社会中的权力扩张逻辑,数字技术在治理实践中的社会效用为这种扩张提供了动力。技术帝国的崛起不仅在实践层面遮蔽全人类共同价值的具体内涵,而且带来一个高风险的全球控制型社会,人类的生成性维度和价值理解的共同性维度在其中遭遇挫折。以人类技术文明的进步为指向来思考全人类共同价值的弘扬,人们应该在技术效用的理解上保持对人类学经验的开放性,在技术实践上维护公共讨论的民主性,在生存体验上提升个体对技术帝国的敏感性。Adhering to and promoting humanity's common values cannot be separated from concrete technological contexts.Hardt and Negri's imperial theory reveals the power expansion logic of contemporary capitalism in global society,and the social utility of digital technology in governance practices provides the driving force for this expansion.The rise of technological empire not only obscures the specific connotations of humanity's common values at the practical level,but also brings about a high-risk global control society,in which the generative dimension of humanity and the common dimension of value understanding encounter setbacks.Taking the progress of human technological civilization as the direction to promote humanity's common values,people should maintain openness to anthropological experience in understanding the utility of technology,uphold democracy in public discussion in technological practice,and enhance individual sensitivity to technological empire in survival experience.
